Please note that the 20-year guarantee applies exclusively to items that have been powder-coated, as this finish is essential for achieving maximum longevity and performance. Products made without powder coating, or those left untreated, are not covered under the 20-year guarantee. However, we also offer fabrication in galvanised steel, which provides excellent resistance to rust and moisture, making it a practical and long-lasting choice for outdoor installations.
While galvanised items are built to high standards, their lifespan and protection levels can vary based on environmental conditions and maintenance. To maintain your guarantee, all products must be installed correctly and cared for in accordance with our maintenance guidelines. Any signs of misuse, modification, or exposure to harsh chemicals may void the guarantee.
