2. Custom Orders

All metalwork is manufactured to order according to the client’s specifications. Clients are encouraged to provide photos, sketches, or reference materials for bespoke projects. Once designs and details are confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to their made-to-measure nature.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. A deposit — typically 50% — is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or installation unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

4. Lead Times

Typical production and delivery times range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on order size, design complexity, and material availability. While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, occasional delays may occur due to supply issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Warranty

We provide a 20-year guarantee on all powder-coated metalwork against structural defects. This warranty excludes damage caused by poor maintenance, corrosion due to exposure of uncoated areas, paint wear, or external impacts such as vandalism or accidents. Proper care and maintenance are essential to preserve your guarantee.

6. Installation

Installation services are carried out by our professional team unless otherwise arranged. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the installation area is accessible, clear, and prepared in advance. Additional fees may apply if access issues or site conditions cause delays or require extra work.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, product designs, and written materials remain the intellectual property of Metal Fence Panels. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

Metal Fence Panels shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or installation of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order related to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
